Documents may include your insurer’s valuation report, written offer and relevant vehicle records or photos, including vehicle identifiers. We may also retain service correspondence and transaction references.

HOW WE USE IT
We use information to respond, identify missing documents, confirm the service, research vehicle value and prepare your findings or evidence packet. Relevant purchase records, offers and submission evidence support cancellations, refunds and the $200 Upgrade Promise. Submitting a form does not authorize insurer contact or representation.

WIX, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND SHARING
Wix hosts this website and processes forms and uploaded files for Total Loss Value Expert. Document-form submission records are configured for the site owner and authorized collaborators. Wix provides submission notifications. Service providers may process information needed to operate the website, communicate with you, take a payment or deliver the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably needed to address fraud or a dispute. We do not send your packet to your insurer; you decide what to share.
