Terms & Conditions

1. Service Description

The $50 Initial Total-Loss Review (“Service”) is a preliminary, high-level evaluation of your insurer’s total-loss valuation.
The purpose of this Service is to determine whether your valuation may be undervalued and whether additional review services are recommended.

This Service is limited to a surface-level check and is not a full analysis.

2. What This Service Includes

For the $50 fee, you will receive:

  • A quick review of your valuation to determine whether it appears reasonably accurate OR potentially undervalued

  • A recommendation on whether you should proceed with a full paid analysis

  • General guidance on next steps if additional support is needed

3. What This Service Does NOT Include

The $50 preliminary review does not include any of the following:

  • A full line-by-line review

  • Comparable vehicle research

  • Adjusted or corrected valuation numbers

  • A written correction report

  • A dispute package

  • Templates or emails for adjusters

  • Any communication with insurance or GAP

  • Negotiation, representation, or advice on strategy

  • Legal, financial, or insurance advice

  • Any guarantee that a more in-depth review will change your payout

Any detailed valuation analysis or written support materials are separate services and must be purchased separately if you choose to proceed.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

The preliminary review is informational only.
We do not guarantee:

  • That your claim will improve

  • That your insurer will adjust your payout

  • That additional services will result in financial gain

  • That any undervaluation found will be corrected

Insurance companies make their own independent decisions.

5. Your Responsibilities

You must submit clear and accurate documents for the initial review.
This includes, at minimum:

  • Your insurer’s valuation report

  • Your settlement letter (if available)

Incomplete or unclear documents may delay the review or affect our ability to give an accurate recommendation.

6. Turnaround Time

Most initial reviews are completed within 24–48 hours after receiving your documents.
This timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee.

7. Refund Policy — No Refunds

The $50 fee covers the time and labor required to perform the initial review.
Because this is a manual service and not a product:

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including:

  • No undervaluation is found

  • You disagree with the outcome

  • You decide not to pursue further services

  • Your insurer denies or ignores your dispute

  • You provided incomplete or inaccurate documentation

  • You expected more than what is included in this preliminary service

Your $50 is strictly for a yes/no determination of whether further paid analysis is recommended.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Insurance company decisions

  • GAP provider decisions

  • Claim denials or delays

  • Any financial loss

  • Any impact on your claim

  • Your interpretation of the recommendation

  • Incorrect or incomplete documents you provide

  • Missed settlement deadlines

  • Any actions taken (or not taken) by you or your insurer

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for this Service.

9. Privacy & Data Use

Your documents are used solely for your review and are not shared, sold, or distributed.

10. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order.
Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments.
Chargebacks for completed reviews will be disputed with proof of service provided.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
